♥ What does Indigo Beaux mean?
Indigo is a combination of the colors blue and violet. Indigo inspires the creative part of the brain and is associated with spirituality. Beaux is a French word with several different meanings. The meaning we associate our company with is “beautiful.” Our goal is to unlock the inner and outer beauty of our customers.
♥ What products will be featured in the boxes?
Indigo Beaux cares about quality and hand picks only the top products around the world for you. Unlike most subscription box services, Indigo Beaux sends 4-5 full size products to your door ranging from makeup and skincare to teas and relaxation products. The box contents are kept secret; however, on social media we post sneak peeks of that month’s featured products. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat to see sneak peeks of our Indigo Beaux boxes. Every box includes a product card with information on the products and how to use them. We also post tutorials on our Youtube Channel, teaching you how to use the products featured in your Indigo Beaux.
♥ Are the featured products natural, organic, hypoallergenic, or tested on animals?
Most of the products in our boxes are natural, organic, and/or not tested on animals; however, we cannot guarantee that all of our products fall into these categories.
♥ Where are you located?
Indigo Beaux is located in Miami, FL, USA.
♥ Can I customize my Indigo Beaux box?
Currently, our boxes are not personalized for each customer; however, as our business grows, we will use beauty profiles to cater to each customer’s needs and desires.
♥ What organization do you donate to?
Two percent of Indigo Beaux’s income will be donated to RAINN. RAINN stands for Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network. RAINN operates the National Sexual Assault Helpline and the DoD Safe Helpline. Not only do they administer services to survivors, they also have programs to better the criminal justice system and educate the nation about sexual violence. Billing & Cancellation
♥ How much does an Indigo Beaux subscription cost?
Indigo Beaux boxes are valued at over $100 dollars. There are three subscription options: 1 month renewal priced at $65.99 per month, 6 months priced at renewal priced at $61.99 per month, and 12 months renewal priced at $59.99 per month. The 1 month option is renewed every month. Cancellation is possible at any time. The 6 month option is renewed every 6 months, and the 1 year is renewed every 12 months. Shipping is free within the US.
♥ Are there hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees! All you have to do is pay for the subscription.
♥ Do you accept all cards?
These are the credit cards and debit cards we accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. We accept gift and prepaid cards. We also support Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and China’s Alipay.
♥ Is there an option to try one box?
Indigo Beaux is only available to those who subscribe to the boxes. You can sign up for the monthly subscription which can be cancelled at any time.
♥ When will I be charged?
Subscriptions auto-renew on the 1st of the month after your last prepaid box has shipped.
♥ Will the prepaid subscription automatically renew once I’ve received all of my prepaid boxes?
All Subscriptions auto-renew following the shipment of your final prepaid box. You can opt out of auto-renew by canceling your subscription at any time within your account. Gifts are one time purchases and not set to auto-renew but upon checkout you have the option to check Automatically renew this subscription.
♥ How do I update my credit card?
Your credit card information can be updated within your account by clicking ‘edit’ under your payment details.
♥ How do I cancel my Indigo Beaux Subscription?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Indigo Beaux subscription, you can cancel at any time within your account under Your Subscriptions. Click "Edit" for the subscription you wish to cancel. From there, just click "Cancel Subscription.” Please note that canceling does not affect the shipment of any pre-paid boxes. To not be charged for the next month’s box, please cancel before the renewal date, the 1st of each month.
Shipping and Handling
♥ How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for customers in the US. If you are an international subscriber, shipping costs vary with each country.
♥ When will my box ship?
Your Indigo Beaux boxes will be shipped between the 22nd and the 23rd of each month. This date may change if it falls on a holiday or weekend. The subscription cut off is the 21st of each month. If the subscription is purchased after the 21st of that specific month, you will be receiving the box the following month.
♥ Do you ship outside the US?
All countries are welcomed to subscribe to Indigo Beaux. We love all our customers equally! We ship to Canada, and many countries overseas. Shipping costs vary with each country, for our international subscribers.
♥ Do you ship to PO, APO, and FPO boxes?
Yes, we do!
♥ How long will it take for my box to arrive?
We are located in Miami, FL, USA; therefore, shipping varies on how far our Indigo Beauties live. Usually for our USA customers, shipping will take from 1 day to 1 week to arrive. Shipping varies with each of our international customers. Shipping can take 1 week to 1 month for our friends overseas.
♥ Will Indigo Beaux provide tracking?
Indigo Beaux will provide tracking updates, so you can be aware of the status of your box.
♥ How do you ship your boxes?
For our customers within the US, most of you will receive your Indigo Beaux boxes through the USPS; however, due to the varying shipping costs within the United States, some customers will receive their boxes through FedEx or UPS.
♥ How do I change my shipping information?
You can update your shipping address within your account by clicking ‘edit’.
♥ How do I get an order reshipped because the address was incorrect?
If your box was returned to Indigo Beaux due to an incorrect address you entered in your account, we can reship your Indigo Beaux box with a shipping cost. The shipping costs will vary depending on the zone you live in. If your box is unable to deliver due to an address error, we can only reship your Indigo Beaux if the mistake was on our part. To avoid these cases, please check if your shipping address is correct on your Indigo Beaux account.
♥ What do I do if my box tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my box?
In most cases, if the USPS classifies your package as “delivered,” we cannot ship a replacement box. In order to be considered for a replacement box, email us within 48 hours of your box’s delivery date according to your tracking. Replacement boxes cannot be forwarded to a new address. To avoid these cases, please check if your shipping address is correct on your Indigo Beaux account.
♥What do I do if my box is lost in transit?
Shipping delays may occur from time to time. If your box has been stationary for 3-5 days after initial shipping, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Indigo Beaux will send you a free replacement box, if your address is correct in your account and your box is deemed as lost. To avoid these cases, please check if your shipping address is correct on your Indigo Beaux account.
Membership and Subscribing

♥ How do I re-subscribe if my plan was cancelled?
You can re-subscribe within your account by clicking ‘Reactivate’ under your subscription information.

You can update your address within your account by clicking ‘edit’ under your account settings.

♥ Is there an Indigo Beaux gift option?
Indigo Beaux offers membership options for gifts. There are three options for gift memberships: 1 month renewal priced at $65.99 per month, 6 months priced at renewal priced at $61.99 per month, and 12 months renewal priced at $59.99 per month. Upon checkout you can choose to automatically renew the gift subscription or not.
♥ What is your return and refund policy?
At this time, we are not personalizing our Indigo Beaux boxes. If you received an item that you do not fancy, we do not offer exchanges or returns. Once our business grows, we will offer an option to personalize Indigo Beaux to your likes. Although we try our best to have every box in perfect condition, sometimes we make mistakes. If your Indigo Beaux is missing a product, contact customer service at email@example.com. We will send you a replacement product free of charge.
How does your referral program work?
Anyone with an active account may send emails to their friends to sign up. To send emails first log into your account and under your name click "Refer 2 & get one free", then enter your friends names and emails. Each time two of your friends sign up you will get a free box on us! The extra box is credited to your account so when your subscription renews you are not charged for that box. If you have an account that is not active you may still login and refer friends. Any referral credit you make will be waiting for you when you reactivate your account.
